- The scheduled excursion may undergo changes or be postponed due to adverse weather conditions, directives from the Park Authority, or at the discretion of the Commander.
- The reservation is valid exclusively for the selected date. To modify the excursion, please contact us by phone or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip.
- Cancellation of the reservation will incur a charge of 100% of the paid amount if done within 48 hours of departure. Beyond this limit, no refunds are provided.
- On the day of the boat excursion, please be present at the boarding point in La Maddalena by 08:45 and in Palau by 09:45.
- Since 2017, the Municipality of La Maddalena has introduced a boarding fee of €5.00 per person. This fee must be paid at boarding on the Sea Star Motorboat.
- The boat is located at boarding point number 6, in front of the Maritime Station, in the commercial port of Palau.
- The nearest parking is on Via Fonte Vecchia, which accepts only coins (€1 per hour). It is advisable to arrange parking the evening before the trip to facilitate a smoother and faster boarding process.
